IMCN END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and IMCN ("Company"), governing your use of the IMCN App ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. SOFTWARE OWNERSHIP

The Software is owned, operated, and licensed by IMCN. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are the sole property of IMCN. This Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software strictly in accordance with its terms.

2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

You agree not to: Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Software. Use the Software for unlawful or prohibited purposes. Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Software. Upload, post, or share any content that violates applicable laws or regulations. Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Software without prior written consent from IMCN.

3. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IMCN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMCN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT SHALL IMCN'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR USING THE SOFTWARE.
